Through movement, breathwork, meditation and rest, we’ll explore connection: to ourselves, each other, and the wider world around us. Classes may be dynamic or slow and grounding, always encouraging you to listen to your body and make the practice your own — with space for play, care and lightness alongside challenge and reflection.
My classes are queer-friendly, trauma-informed and consent-based, with options offered throughout to support different bodies, minds and experiences.
