Hall Hire Terms & Conditions and Rates

Hall Hire Rates

We use an hourly rate for all bookings, according to each room and type of booking. You are also given 30 minutes free of charge before and after your booking for setting up and clearing away.

Deposits

We require a £50 refundable deposit to secure your booking, or £100 deposit for events/parties finishing after 7pm.

All deposits are fully refunded if the room is left in a satisfactory state. Please see our terms and conditions on the booking form for further information.

Hire charges for Parties and Private Events:

Main Hall - £40 per hour

Garden Room - £30 per hour

Hire for Charity & Community Events:

If you would like to make a regular or one-off booking for a community group or meeting, we offer discounted rates for the Main Hall, Garden Room and Therapy Room. Please contact us for more information.

Private Hire for Activities:

If you are looking to hold a regular class or workshop, please make an enquiry about our available spaces and hire rates.
