Hall Hire Terms & Conditions and Rates
All event bookings are given 30 minutes free of charge before and after your booking for setting up and clearing away.
We require a £50 refundable deposit to secure your booking, or £100 deposit for events/parties finishing after 7pm.
All deposits are fullly refunded if the room is left in a satisfactory state. Please see our terms and conditions on the booking form for further information.
Our charity/community rateis applicable to registered charities and not-for-profit community groups.
Regular groups are groups that, at least, take place on a fortnightly basis.
Half Halls are available from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday only.
Prices are hourly rates according to each room and type of booking.

An additional discount of £2.50/h is given to regular bookings that take place throughout the year, rather than just term times.
We also offer a £2.50/h discount to groups have more than 1 booking per week.
Use of one of our rooms for up to 8 hours between 9am and 5pm qualifies for a 50% discount relative to our regular hourly rate.
Please note: additional hours will be charged at our regular hourly rate.
